The box office is open daily 12pm-6pm (except holidays) and during performances.

We encourage you to be green and use digital tickets. Just show mobile confirmation and valid photo ID at the door. National Sawdust reserves the right to refuse entry if valid photo ID is not presented, does not match the original ticket order or if fraud is suspected.

All ticket sales are final. If you cannot attend the show or if a show is postponed or cancelled, your tickets can be exchanged for another performance later this year, converted into a tax-deductible charitable contribution to National Sawdust, or credited toward a National Sawdust membership.

Please plan to arrive 30+ min prior to showtime. Entrance is located on Wythe Ave side. All National Sawdust performances are all ages and general admission unless noted otherwise.

Due to the intimate nature of the venue and the concerts, late seating is at the sole discretion of artists and management. In most cases, late arrivals will be held for applause.

National Sawdust theatre is ADA accessible on the main floor. Our wheelchair accessible restroom is located on the main floor. Please contact the box office in advance with any specific ADA needs.

By ferry
We are 2 blocks from the East River Ferry’s North 6th Street dock.

By car
We are less than 5 minutes from the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge and the closest Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (BQE) exit is Metropolitan Ave.
